"Got the wrong items in my order"
I ordered a few medical supplies, and some of the stuff that showed up wasn’t what I actually picked. I even checked the packing slip to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but nope, it was still wrong. It’s really frustrating when you need a specific item and they make vague promises about accuracy or getting things right, but then the order shows up like this. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they actually fix how they handle orders...

I ordered a few medical supplies and everything looked genuine to me, sealed properly and with good expiration dates. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but nothing too bad. Overall, the products seem original and I’d probably order again 🙂

I was ready to order, but then I tried finding clear safety or compliance documents and basically got sent on the classic "Good Luck, Detective" journey. Nothing felt straightforward enough for me to feel comfortable, so I ended up skipping the order

They had a good selection of medical supplies, and I was able to find most of what I needed quickly. It made shopping a lot easier than I expected.

My item showed up damaged, and getting it resolved took way longer than I expected?? The whole process felt slow and annoying.

I checked out the site, but it just didn’t give me a lot of confidence. Some of the information felt a bit unclear, and I didn’t feel totally comfortable placing an order. If you’re considering them, I’d suggest taking a little extra time to read through everything first and make sure you feel good about it. I ended up choosing another option instead.

"Billing total was a mess"
I ordered from mountainside-medical.com, and the amount I got billed for didn’t match what I thought I was paying at checkout. Annoying, because I double-check stuff like that and it still came out looking wrong.
I tried looking over the invoice, but it was confusing as hell. The charges weren’t clear, and the whole thing felt sloppy, like some dumb system glitch nobody bothered to clean up.
Customer service wasn’t much help either. I don’t have time to chase down billing nonsense like this, so yeah, I’m done with them and won’t be ordering again

"Prescription check was a hassle"
I don’t remember every little step, but I definitely remember being asked for my prescription info more than once. The order just kind of sat there while they kept checking it, and it got old fast. Maybe there was a reason for it, but from my side it felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

The tracking updates were clear overall, which I really appreciated. It feels like the right thing to do to keep customers informed instead of leaving them guessing, and this did a good job of that.

"Helpful support and worth it overall"
We ran into a couple of hiccups while setting up our business account, but their support team got back to us fairly quickly and was genuinely helpful. It wasn’t an instant response, which is why I wouldn’t call it perfect, but they explained everything clearly and made the process easy to finish. Once the account was sorted, ordering was smooth. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth using, just a little room for improvement on response time.

The item I ordered ended up being backordered, but they emailed me quickly to let me know what was going on. It did take a little longer than I expected, but the updates were clear. My sister had asked if it arrived yet, and I was able to keep her in the loop too. Overall, I appreciated the communication

I reached out to customer support when I really needed help, and the timing could not have been worse. The replies took too long or came at awkward points, and when they did respond, they felt short and kind of careless, like I was annoying them just by asking. I didn’t really get the help I needed, and the whole thing felt unprofessional. Definitely not a great experience

I placed a bulk order and it was mostly fine. The prices were decent, so no big issue there, but the shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting. Not a bad experience, just not perfect either.

I ordered a few medical supplies from mountainside-medical.com, and the prices were a little mixed... some stuff was cheaper than what I’d seen locally, but a couple items I later found for less on other websites.
Shipping was totally fine and nothing went wrong there... I’d just say it’s worth checking around before placing an order, since the pricing isn’t always the most competitive.

My order showed up fine, but the expiration dates were much closer than I expected. I bought extra to keep stocked at home, so opening the box and seeing that was a “what a joke” moment. Annoying, and I’m not sure I’d order those items again unless they actually show the dates before you buy

A friend recommended this site to me, so I gave it a try. Checkout was easy for the most part, but the payment page did load a bit slower than I expected. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

"Good packing, no real issue"
My order showed up packed well, and nothing was leaking or smashed. The box had a small dent on it, but all the stuff inside was totally fine. It took a little bit of tape to get it open, but that’s not a big deal.
